Orders placed on the “Maison Chez Nous” website are shipped by La Poste via COLISSIMO and Mondial Relay. Deliveries can only be made in metropolitan France. A tracking number may be sent to you when your order is shipped.
You can choose from three delivery options. The choice is made at the time of ordering:
– the pick-up option: you can pick up your order directly from the Maison Chez Nous showroom located at 32 rue des Suisses – 13200 ARLES.
– the Colissimo option: your order is delivered to the address indicated on the order form, by La Poste services. When your order is shipped, an email is sent to you to inform you that it has been sent.
– the Mondial Relay option: your order is delivered to the Relay Point® indicated on the order form. When your order is shipped, an email is sent to you to inform you that it has been sent. In the case of a delivery to a Relay Point®, you will be informed again by email and/or sms when you can pick it up at the selected Relay Point®.


In most cases, order processing is started as soon as you complete your online purchase. Your order will be shipped as soon as the items are available in stock, your payment is accepted and the shipping address has been verified. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Please note that working days are Monday to Friday, except for public holidays.
The delivery time indicated at the time of registration of your order is given only as an indication and is in no way guaranteed. Consequently, any reasonable delay in the delivery of the products will not give rise to an award of damages, or the cancellation of the order.


If you are not at your address indicated at the time of delivery, your postman or the carrier will leave a transit advice note (depending on the type of delivery service and the carrier) indicating the date on which he will try to deliver the package again. If you are absent during the last delivery attempt, your package will be sent back to the carrier’s warehouse. You will then have to contact the carrier to arrange for the collection of your package, otherwise the order will be sent back to our warehouse and you will receive a refund depending on the payment method used when ordering.
